The Three Who Are One

There once was a being who for a while called itself Frank...
Frank was a spiritual person. He talked of spirituality to everyone. He thought of himself as a teacher, and of course, he was. Frank thought he had a "dark side", which he mostly kept to himself. Occasionally, he wore it like a crown. Of course, he had great reason to have this side. He had an awful childhood with many traumatizing events. He did not receive what he needed as a child. He did not talk about this to many. He kept it buried, deep inside. This way, he did not have to deal with it and could pretend that he had. He did not want anyone, least of all himself, to think less of him by knowing his secrets. After all, he knew all the spiritual talk, and was very good at pretending to walk it.

There once was a being who for a while called itself Henrietta...
Henrietta was a spiritual person. She talked of spirituality to everyone. She thought of herself as a teacher, and of course, she was. Henrietta thought she was a deeply wounded being, which she thought she kept mostly to herself. Actually, she wore it like a crown. Of course, she had great reason to have these wounds. She did not receive what she needed as a child. She thought that by talking about this she could deal with it. She wanted everyone to know her secrets. This way, they would understand why she was the way she was and accept her as the wounded self she knew she was. After all, she knew all the spiritual talk, and walked it as long as it allowed her to hold on to her wounded identity.

There once was a being who for a while called itself George...
George was a spiritual person. He rarely spoke on spiritual topics. He knew he was a teacher, and of course, he was. George quietly lived his life, feeling and radiating peace. He had a childhood like everyone else. He remembered only the love. He received what he needed from inside. Many saw his peace, and came and asked him how he was able to feel peace, no matter what. When they asked, he told them. He had no attachment to whether they believed his way or not. Many came to do so, learning from his example. He did not know much spiritual talk. He only knew love. He only knew who he was and he lived it.
The End
